Agricultural ministers and agro-companies regularly visit the factory, offering valuable training programs to local farmers. In addition, the co-op supports its farmers through pre-financing initiatives, enabling them to cover school fees and production costs, ensuring that their families thrive as they cultivate some of the world’s finest coffee.
