Israel Hernandez comes from a coffee-growing family in Tolima, where tradition and hard work have been passed down through generations. Guided by his father, he developed a passion for coffee and in 2005, fulfilled his dream of owning a farm, the aptly named ‘Buenos Aires’.
In 2016, Israel dove into specialty coffee, planting 1200 Gesha trees and refining his methods to produce exceptional quality. His dedication earned him well-deserved recognition.
This is our second time purchasing from Israel Hernández, and like last time - it's here for a good time, not a long time. Cupping notes include ripe strawberries, a touch of lemon zest, and a floral note of hibiscus.
