Growing up on a Colombian coffee farm, José Martinez learnt the craft from the ground up; tending trees, perfecting fermentation, and mastering the post-harvest process. After more than a decade away driving buses across the country, he returned home, bought his father's old farm, and got back to what he knew best.
Today, José is meticulous about every step. He prunes with care, monitors his fermentation closely to nail the ideal balance, and has steadily expanded his drying patios over the years. That dedication shows in the cup! Expect bright raspberry and lemonade acidity, delicate florals, and a smooth apricot finish.
