Idain Barrios is the proud owner of Finca La Paloma, located in the lush coffee-growing region of Cuilco, Huehuetenango. This area is home to some of Guatemala’s most beautiful coffee farms. For Barrios, coffee farming is both a passion and a livelihood, and he takes great care in producing high-quality, exceptional coffee.

He mainly grows pacamara and bourbon varieties, while also experimenting with hybrid coffee plants to explore new flavours. A strong advocate for sustainability, Barrios nurtures his coffee crops whilst working to protect the surrounding native forest.
