This San Cristobal regional lot comes from 30 smallholder producers in Jaen province, of Santa Rosa district in Peru. Sourced through Origin Coffee Lab, this coffee features rust-resistant varieties known for high-density beans and strong performance in national competitions, such as the Peruvian cup of Excellence.
Origin Coffee Lab also invests in future coffee quality by funding infrastructure like a storage warehouse and a vacuum packing line for microlots and nanolots. Sweet, delicate, and floral, this goes down a treat!
